Reptile Time: An Embodied Play Date

Guided by the wisdom of creatures who shed their skin, who live perpetually in massive transformation, we will play with how to cultivate a deep slowing down to reach Reptile Time. Through easeful movement, breath, sensation tracking, journalling and resting. We will slow enough for grief. Slow enough to live. Slow enough for being truly alive in apocalypse.

This workshop will require some movement, but the scale of that movement is set by individuals. In other words, it is accessible to any kind of body. Please dress warmly and comfortably.

The workshop will be followed by a listening gathering, hosted by Rajni Shah. If you are able, we invite you to attend both.
