Teacher at the Dutch National Ballet Academy

Ainara studied ballet in her native Spain as well as in Cuba. She was Grand-sujet with Dutch National Ballet and a soloist in Ballett am Rhein, Düsseldorf. Ainara has performed a wide range of soloist roles in both classical and contemporary repertoire, including works by George Balanchine, Rudi van Dantzig, Hans van Manen, Toer van Schayk, Ted Brandsen, Martin Schläpfer, William Forsythe and others. 

She has taught at the Conservatorio Municipal de Danza de Zaragoza (Spain), the Amsterdamse Theaterschool, the Henny Jurriëns Foundation and the Junior Company of Het Nationale Ballet (Amsterdam), Graz Oper (Austria) and others. 
Currently she is a teacher at the Dutch National Ballet Academy and Codarts.
