Application for the Amsterdam International Summer School 2024 has closed.
We hope to welcome you to Amsterdam in July or that you will try to apply again next season!

If you have received a letter of acceptance for one or more of our courses, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the online acceptance form by April 5th 2024 latest ; the link can be found in your letter of acceptance.

2. As soon as you have filled out the online acceptance form, please proceed to book your transportation to/from Amsterdam in accordance with the course data:

• CEW July 8-13  (arrival July 7 - PM Check-In / Departure July 14 - AM Check-Out)
• Junior Course July 8-12     (arrival July 7 - PM Check-In / Departure July 13 - AM Check-Out)
• Senior Course July 15-26  (arrival July 14 - PM Check-In / Departure July 27 - AM Check-Out)

3. After, you will receive an invoice for the full course fee; awarded (partial) scholarships will of course be deducted from your invoice.
If you have also applied for accommodation, these costs will be added to your invoice.

NB: As of April 4th 2024, all requested accommodation is available

The invoice will be send to the email address you used for your application.
You will receive the invoice in the second or third week of April 2024.
The invoice needs to be paid in full by April 29 2024 latest.

4. We will send all participants the detailed course schedule by mid-May 2024 earliest; this will aslo be posted on this website.

We hope this answers your most urgent questions for now.
We will contact applicants and participants per email in case we have any further questions, and kindly ask you not contact us at this stage except for very urgent matters like cancellations or medical concern.
