Renee Santo Schneider
I’m passionate about creating inclusive, healing-centered communities through somatic therapy, education, and leadership. With a background in DEI-focused bodywork, trauma therapy, community development, and fundraising, I love bringing people together to foster growth and meaningful change.
My journey has taken me from global business consulting to nonprofit leadership to hands-on somatic therapy, where I integrate approaches like Alexander Technique, Somatic Experiencing®, Nonviolent Communication, Ortho-Bionomy®, CranioSacral Therapy, Thai medicine, developmental movement and primitive reflexes. I specialize in trauma resolution and alleviating chronic pain. With an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird at Arizona State University and a degree in British Literature with a minor in Asian American Studies from University of California Los Angeles, I bring both strategic thinking and a deep appreciation for storytelling and connection to everything I do. I thrive when I can bridge the gap between innovation and community impact—whether it’s organizing conferences, leading fundraising efforts, or supporting organizations in building more inclusive spaces. I'm currently serving on the Boards of IM4US (Integrative Medicine for the Underserved) and AmSAT (American Society for the Alexander Technique). I spend my free time exploring the mind-body universe.
