Micha Windgassen

Micha werd voor het eerst weggeblazen door een klassiek orkest toen ze begin twintig was. Ondanks dat het even duurde voordat ze haar plekje vond in deze nieuwe wereld, zet ze zich al jaren in om Het Concertgebouw en Concertgebouworkest toegankelijker te maken voor een jonge doelgroep en bij te dragen aan het behoud van deze instellingen. 

Ze initieert en produceert onder andere nieuwe concert concepten zoals een serie met spoken word en muziek, muzikale studiedagen in Het Concertgebouw en avonden met elektronische muziek.

Daarnaast presenteert en interviewt ze dikwijls muzikanten en makers om de verhalen achter de muziek te ontdekken. Ook is ze betrokken bij Spoken Agency en Wilde Woorden; platformen om door middel van spoken word betekenisvolle verhalen de wereld in te sturen en mensen met elkaar te verbinden. 
 

Micha was first blown away by a classical orchestra in her early twenties. Despite the fact that it took her a while to find her place in this new world, she has been committed to making The Concertgebouw and Concertgebouw Orchestra more accessible for a young target group for several years now and thereby to contribute to the preservation of these institutions.

Among other things she initiates and produces new concepts such as a series with spoken word and classical music, study days in the Concertgebouw and nights with electronic music.

In addition, she often presents and interviews musicians to discover the stories behind the music. She is also involved with Spoken Agency and Wilde Woorden; platforms that use Spoken Word to send meaningful stories into the world and to connect people.
