DROP OF TEAR IN THE FIELD OF GLORY" graduation works by SNDO 4th year

students. We are glad to welcome you to our graduation works in Frascati

4, on 5, 6, 7 of March at 20.00 and in Het Veem Theater, on 26, 27, 28

of March at 19.00. Seven makers will share different perspectives and

approaches on dance and choreography:

Aleksandra Lemm and Emma Daniel will

present “Rave”. The work has been based on daily practices found over a

long period of time. Each practice is treating (of) a body as landscape

being moved, being taken over by different presences that we could

possibly call Forces. We position ourselves behind what we do, allowing

these forces to manifest themselves. “Anything can happen for some weird

reason; yet also, without any reason, nothing at all may happen “.

Oneka von Schrader and Giuseppe V. Giampino

are exploring the theatre as a fictional space where not avoiding

theatrical means allows beauty and disgust to inform each other´s

inherent disappearance.

In “CosmodifyMe” Paula Chaves

calls for a space which is neither a rebellion nor a passive state, it

is an active resistance, a living organism in constant change, a

dialogue and a result of the world it iscontained in .

Burkhard Körner, in collaboration with Duri Collenberg, Antonia Steffens and Andreas Chanis,

wants to trace hidden collectivity at the crossroads between

composition, music, dance, body performance, choreography and theater.

Riccardo Guratti and his friends Fabritia D'Intino and Valentina Parlato investigate

love in a wide understanding. Desperately looking for a charming

identity, we mix desires, fascinations, idols, personal stories and

needs wich brings us into a tensed, ridiculous and pretentious orgy of

love attempts.

Jija Sohn is interested in the action of

coming out. Coming out as a way to reveal, as a way to meet, to

encounter. Coming out like in a giving birth quality, where unimagined

landscapes emerge, where new realities can become.
