Prof. Angela Davis is coming to Amsterdam! 
She is known internationally for her ongoing work to combat all forms of oppression in the U.S. and abroad.

From 12 until 17 May a week-long program takes place in various centers in Amsterdam and Utrecht. Also at the Academy of Theatre and Dance!

At the HALf6 on 8 May the curatorial team members of this project; Bojana Mladenovic, Nadia Bekkers and Mikki Stelder will talk about the program, which is open for all!

Moving Together: Activism, Art and Education – A Week with Angela Davis is initiated by SNDO - School for New Dance Development and produced by the Academy of Theatre and Dance as part of AIR - Artist in Residence program of the Amsterdam University of the Arts and the Research Center for Material Culture (Nationaal Museum voor Wereldculturen).
