On the initiative of the owners of Double Shift, the Dutch National Ballet Academy recently entered into collaboration with this new, small-scale sports school at Lauriergracht, in Amsterdam. Bachelor’s students at the academy can train there in pleasant and safe surroundings, at a big discount. The Double Shift gym is equipped with the latest Technogym apparatus, set up in a spacious, light and inspiring studio. We’re grateful to our strength training and body conditioning teacher Jurgen Paulusma for bringing us into contact with the owners of Double Shift.
