On 31 August 2019, the Zürcher Theater Spektakel has awarded the ZKB Patronage & Audience Prizes to DAS Theatre alumni Samara Hersch (graduated 2019) and Ira Melkonyan (graduated 2017).

ZKB Patronage Prize (Fr. 30.000,-)
The jury and the audience have been on the same page: We All Know What’s Happening by Samara Hersch & Lara Thoms gives a clear statement for a theatre show, which addresses a burning political issue, identifies social imbalances and stages them with unique artistic means.

ZKB Acknowledgement Prize (FR. 5.000,-)
The ZKB Acknowledgement Prize has been awarded to the young Ukrainian artist Ira Melkonyan & The rubberbodies collective for the performative installation Upstairs Geology 50/50.
