What you’ll get from this session
Time to dust off your old calculator and get ready to dive into your bookkeeping. Where should you start? How do you build a stable foundation? How do you deal with invoicing, costs and depreciation? What do you do with receipts and cash payments? How do you make sense of an annual balance sheet and an income statement? Join us to gain valuable insights into your own figures and learn the language your accountant speaks.
About Richard van Os
This evening’s expert is Richard van Os, an administrator and business economics teacher. He’d love to help you along your path to doing your own accounts. Richard is familiar with the issues facing creative entrepreneurs and will understand your sticking points and questions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: before attending thias evening, please ensure you have watched the free Creative Accounting series. This session develops on information provided by this series, so you will not be able to participate without watching it first.

Roll up your sleeves, because we’re going put what you’ve learned into practice right away. Sometimes the teacher will ask you to work with a specific case study, but usually you’ll be applying it to your own situation.
