On dreams, facts and money

On 8 December we look into the nearby future. The plans of theatre makers and companies to get subsidies for 2017 to 2020 are being made as we speak. HALf6 wants to get a sneak peak into this process. We invite Amsterdam based theatre companies to talk about their dreams, what the facts are and where the money goes. What are their ideas? Are these ideas their own or what the government wants? And what are their concerns?

Our guests are:

  • Orkater (Marc van Warmerdam) - a music theatre company with a broad reach
  • ISH Dance Collective (Vevi van der Vliet) - a cultural diverse and multidisciplinary dance collective with a focus on youth
  • de Toneelmakerij (Paul Knieriem, alumnus Theatre Direction - a theatre house for people of all ages, especially kids and youth
  • de Theatertroep (Patrick Duijtshoff) - a young actors collective that mostly works with theatre texts, old and new

Soup and drinks afterwards.
You are welcome to join us.
