The Archive

The power of the archive has everything to do with the frame of reference. Only through our shared frame of reference can we begin to build an archive with each other. 5VOOR12 believes that the hierarchy of institutions can deeply influence the safety of sharing the frame of reference. The question: can what I find fascinating, inspiring, emotional, beautiful find a place within a place that has certain ‘standards’? Our answer is: hell yes. It does. With 5VOOR12. This is our list, which we will keep adding on to. If you get inspired by the list and would like to add on, please contact us. Remember: our archive inspired us to make the work we make. It can inspire you too!
