Hungry for knowledge? Come to the book market!

A favourite subject for authors, theatre makers and translators is the story of Faust. The scholar who sells his soul to the devil in exchange for knowledge and prosperity. The library has a wide range of adaptations and registrations. You will find Johann Wolfgang Goethe's Faust, but also the most recent adaptation after Goethe's Faust, Tom Lanoye's Oustfaust.

Fortunately, this month you do not have to sell your soul for knowledge. On Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 May, the library and the costume department will be selling their second-hand books and costumes. From 12h to 18h you are welcome to shop at the foyer of the ATD. Also the publishers De Nieuwe Toneelbibliotheek and The International Theatre & Filmbooks will be present to sell new publications. Payments by card are possible!
