The kick-off of the series Conversations with Makers is the reissue of "Het is / It is: nine encounters between theatre-makers". In this 2009 edition of the RTRSRCH series, 18 makers discuss the role the body plays in their theatre work. The edition is available in Dutch only.

About the series

In collaboration with the New Theater Library, DAS Research has started the series Conversations with Makers. This series aims to contribute to memory of theatre in the Netherlands. The practice, thinking and knowledge of performing artists themselves are central aspects. We want to offer the makers the opportunity to speak in their own language, as well as from their own experience and interest.
