Hosted by Lectorate researcher Rajni Shah in collaboration Sofia Ornellas Pinto from Health & Performance, this two-hour session is a place to bring your projects, deadlines, questions, worries, or lack of ideas, and find nourishment and regeneration. 

You can bring your own research questions or project, and work quietly alongside others, or engage in supportive discussions and activities. The Theaterzaal will be set up in ‘carousel’ style, with stations where you can nourish yourself along the way, so you can find what suits you. Stations will include:

• rest station
• nourishment station
• prompts for writing
• books and audio station
• silent mapping area
