Dance Beyond Ableism edition 2

zaterdag 14 maart 2026, 11:00 - 15:00 uur

Join an encounter between dancers from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Experience the joy of dance in an inclusive and welcoming space. Together, we’ll celebrate creativity, community, and expression through the art of movement.

Dance Beyond Ableism edition 2 is coming up on 13, 14, and 15 March. 3 distinct places for 3 distinct environments for movement. Over 3 days, the program visits Leiden and Amsterdam, environments for the practices of the disabled performance group Domino (Leiden) and the Inclusive dance group ReDiscoverMe (Amsterdam). The third day will take place online.

Friday 13 March, studios of Theatergroup Domino, Marktsteeg 1, 2312 CS Leiden, (3rd floor, wheelchair accessible).

Arrival from 10:30

  • 11:00 - 12:30 “Rest first! Quiet Space” workshop with Nina Boas, Emilie Gallier and twelve Domino players. We will slowly build up and hold a sensorially diverse space within which we will then experience various forms of rest.

It is possible to attend the program in parts only (see registration options below).
