Gepubliceerd op

We are proud to announce that the ATD Lectorate received an overall Excellent rating after its visitation on October 9. Congratulations to our lector Laura Cull Ó Maoilearca and the team of the ATD Lectorate!

The Lectorate’s work was ranked as Excellent across 3 of the 4 standards (Profile, Quality and Impact) and Satisfactory on the 4th standard (Organization). The visitation was executed by an independent panel of experts. It is an acknowledgment of the important work the lectorate does. We would like to thank everyone involved for their contributions to the lectorate and to the visitation. Students, teachers, researchers, alumni, colleagues from the work field and staff all across AHK have made this wonderful work possible. We look forward to learn more from our lectorate in how performance can contribute to transformation towards a more just, regenerative and caring world.

The Lectorate of the Academy of Theatre and Dance is the research department of the ATD. The professorship is led by the Lector, Laura Cull Ó Maoilearca, together with a core staff team and associate researchers. The Lectorate conducts values-led practice research in performance focussed on the intersecting themes of social justice and access; climate and regeneration; care, wellbeing, grief & loss.
