Fair Practice: Safe Environment and Fair Pay 
Angela Linssen, artistic director of the Modern Theatre Dance department, has the urge to foreground the discussion of behavioral codes in (the dance) organization. In the many years of her artistic leadership, she was exposed to the maltreatment of numerous young dancers and students. What does that mean? How can we recognize malbehaviour, and what can we do about it? The speakers will introduce the core values of the Fair Practice policy and will focus on Fair Pay and a safe environment.
