What is the impact of Inclusivity and diversity on curational practices? Let’s challenge the powers operating in programming dance. 
In this round table talk we are going to unpack the choice making of programmers and the parameters grounding these choices. What influences this process, how do curators inform themselves and what are the challenges they are faced with in the current work field?
