Movement research, training and improvisation 
PRIMITIVE ACTION integrates Martial Movement and the Alexander Technique applied to dance technique. It is a practice involving the research of movement development from Alexander Technique Dart procedures, into the understanding of basic movement principles through martial applications and towards free dancing.  

Through this practice movement technique and real time composing become part of a continuum where body-mind-space-time-presence are no longer separated but still articulate amongst each other in an open and fertile creative dialogue.
