June programme of performances by ECD students shows a diverse range of choreographic works. We are presenting a triple bill evening composed of student projects, repertoire and a new creation.

ECD 1
In the project first year students present their own collaborative creations through which they engage with their past and present embodied experiences and their current context. In each group the creative responsibility is shared, supported by the tools of real-time composition.
Surprising and engaging, five works of 10 minutes we will see are the result of the first independent creation process of ECD1 students.

ECD 2
Every year a choreographer with a significant body of work and a distinctive artistic vision is invited to restage a piece of their repertory with the second-year ECD students.The students of ECD2 work on an adapted version of Nero by Emio Greco | Pieter C. Scholten.

ECD 3
Choreographer Winston Arnon is creating an original piece with third-year students. In this co-creative process, exploring the notion of symbiosis, Arnon combines precise vocabulary of his own with the material developed by the students. Precisely paced, visually rich and physically intricate the work is a stimulating challenge for the students as they head to their internship year.
